1. Who Are We?

MapLeads Media is a trading name of Vision Action Reality, a sole proprietorship based in Almere, the Netherlands. We provide Google Ads management, digital marketing, and marketing automation services for local service businesses.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

Through our website and services, we may process the following personal data:

  • Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
  • Business information (company name, location, website)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type) via functional cookies
  • Communications submitted via our contact or application forms

3. How Do We Use Your Data?

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Assessing your application and delivering our services (Google Ads management, reporting)
  • Communication regarding ongoing projects and weekly strategy sessions
  • Invoicing and financial administration
  • Improving the quality of our services

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Google OAuth / API Usage

For our managed advertising services, we use the Google Ads API. Access is granted through Google OAuth and is used solely to:

  • Analyse advertising performance on behalf of the client
  • Apply recommended optimisations to campaigns on behalf of the client

We do not store Google account credentials outside the secure environment of our automation software. Access can be revoked at any time via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by Dutch law. Client data is retained for a maximum of 7 years for tax and administration purposes, in line with Dutch fiscal requirements.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with:

  • Google (for Google Ads API access, as described above)
  • Our administrative software providers, under applicable data processing agreements
  • Authorities, if required by law

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data transmissions take place via encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
